In this dish, sliced fish and vegetables are mixed with seasoned spicy hot pepper paste and cold soup is added to it. Whitesaddled reeffish, squid, conch, cuttlefish, and abalone are commonly used.

鲜鱼切成细丝,放入一些蔬菜和调过味的辣椒酱搅拌均匀,然后倒入凉水,连鱼带汤一起吃。鲜鱼可使用斑鳍光鳃鱼、鱿鱼、海螺、小鱿鱼、鲍鱼等。

把魚類切成小塊,跟蔬菜和辣醬一起拌勻,然後倒入冰水食用。這是一道帶湯一起吃的特色料理,一般用斑鰭光鰓雀鯛、魷魚、海螺、小魷魚、鮑魚等。

魚を細かく切って野菜と一緒に薬味を加えたコチュジャンで和え、そこに水を注いで冷たいスープまで食べるという珍味。スズメダイ、イカ、サザエ、ヤリイカ、アワビなどが使われる。
