Tender young green onions mixed with a flour batter and pan-fried in oil. Served with a soy vinaigrette dipping sauce. It goes well with makgeolli, which is traditional Korean wine.

与马格利酒堪称绝配的葱煎饼以小葱作为主料,把切成长段的小葱用香油调味后放入面糊里搅拌均匀,然后下锅煎成圆饼状,沾着加醋的酱汁吃

在燒熱的鍋裡攤平麵糊後,整齊放上蔥煎製而成。也可在麵糊放入蔥後煎,沾加醋醬油食用。

柔らかい細ねぎを主材料にしたチヂミ。マッコリとよく合う。小麦粉の生地に長めに切ったねぎを混ぜて油で焼き、酢醤油につけて食べる。
