海青菜洗净倒入面糊中搅拌,以盐调味后用油煎即可。清香的海青菜味道十分鲜香,也可根据喜好加入虾或辣椒。

首先將海青菜洗淨,和上面糊,用鹽調味,煎製而成。海青菜的清香味獨具魅力,也可根據個人的喜好加入大蝦或辣椒煎製。

きれいに洗った青海苔を小麦粉の生地とまぜて、塩で味を調えて焼いたチヂミ。青海苔の香りがたち、好みによりエビや唐辛子を加えて焼く場合もある。
