Sweet rice powdered and shaped into small balls, boiled in water, and coated with a dressing powder made from various ingredients, such as sesame seeds (ggaegyeongdan) and boiled and powdered soybeans (konggarugyeongdan).

糯米粉用开水和面后,做成栗子大小的圆球状,放入开水中煮熟,裹上各种豆面儿即成琼团糕。琼团糕根据不同的豆面儿命名,裹上芝麻面儿就叫芝麻琼团糕,裹上大豆面儿就叫大豆琼团糕。

將糯米粉和成麵團,做成栗子大小,投入沸水中煮一會兒,沾上豆沙、芝麻等食用即可。根據蘸取的佐料不同,它的名字也各不相同,如蘸取芝麻食用,則為芝麻瓊團糕,如果蘸取黃豆沙食用,則為黃豆沙瓊團糕。

もち粉に熱湯を注ぎながらこね、栗の実くらいの大きさに形を整え、熱湯で茹でて様々なまぶし粉をまぶした餅。まぶすものにより、名前が変わる。ゴマの場合はごま団子、きな粉の場合はきな粉団子となる。
