Tea made of green plum syrup, served hot or cold. The syrup is made in spring by mixing fresh green plums with an equivalent amount of sugar, leaving it in a cool place, and straining the liquid after it ferments.

将时令的梅子用等量的砂糖混合后放置阴凉处进行发酵,然后将里面的梅果捞出后继续放置阴凉处等待熟成,可用热水或冷水勾兑当成茶饮饮用。

將春季的梅子放入白糖發酵後,將梅果撈出後梅子露另存。青梅茶可用熱水或冷水沖泡後飲用。

梅の季節に梅と同量の砂糖を混ぜて涼しい場所で発酵させ、できた液体を熱湯や水で溶いた飲み物。
