This is a traditional Korean alcoholic beverage made by steaming glutinous and non-glutinous rice, barley, and wheat, mixing them with malt and water, and leaving the mixture to undergo fermentation. Makgeolli is one of Korea’s traditional, non- distilled alcoholic beverages.

将糯米、大米、小麦、面粉等谷物蒸干后加曲子兑水混合发酵而成的韩国传统酒。不经过蒸馏过程,只是将固体物简单地过滤后直接饮用,因此而得名。

把糯米、大米、大麥、麵粉等穀物蒸熟,然後加入酒麴和清水進行發酵的就是韓國傳統酒馬格利酒。這種酒無需蒸餾過程,直接過濾一下就能喝。在韓語裡直接過濾的發音就是馬格利,所以叫做「馬格利」酒。

もち米、うるち米、麦、小麦などの穀物を蒸し、麹と水を混ぜて発酵させた韓国の伝統酒。蒸留の過程を経ずに「適当にこして(マッコルロ)」飲むことから「マッコリ」という名前が付いた。
