Sirutteok refers to glutinous or short grain rice powder layered alternatively with a dressing powder and steamed. Nokdusirutteok uses steamed whole mung beans or powdered mung beans as a topping.

蒸糕是用粳米粉或糯米粉和豆面儿一层一层叠起来,用蒸气蒸熟的米糕,而绿豆蒸糕是将粳米粉和绿豆粉或整颗的绿豆一层一层叠放后,用蒸气蒸熟的米糕。

將粳米粉、糯米粉、各種豆沙層層地放到蒸籠中,用蒸汽蒸熟即為蒸糕。綠豆蒸糕是指在大米粉中放上整顆綠豆或用綠豆粉蒸成的年糕。

シルトクは蒸し器に米粉やもち粉とまぶし粉を層にして重ね、熱い蒸気で蒸した餅。緑豆のシルトクは米粉に蒸した緑豆を丸ごとまたは粉にしてまぶした餅。
