Steamed glutinous rice pounded in a mortar, thinly rolled, cut into squares, dried, and deep-fried, after which it is coated with syrup and covered with puffed rice or sesame seeds. Sanja is an essential staple of Korean ancestor worship ceremonies.

将蒸熟的糯米放入石臼中反复捶打捣成细滑的泥状,擀成扁平的状态后切成正方形晒干,再放入锅中油炸,最后裹上糖稀和油炸的米粒或芝麻即可。馓子油蜜果自古以来就是各种典礼和祭礼中必不可少的食物。

將蒸好的糯米放在碓臼裡擊打,使之光滑富有彈性,然後擀成薄餅狀,再切成正方形,放幹後上油鍋炸。最後抹上糖稀,再沾上炸好的飯粒或芝麻。馓子油蜜果自古以來就是各種典禮上不可或缺的一道美食。

蒸したもち米をペースト状になるまで臼でつき、平たく伸ばし正方形に切って乾燥させたものを油で揚げる。最後に水あめをからめて揚げた米粒やゴマをまぶした菓子。昔から各種儀式や祭礼に必ず使われてきた。
